Jeannette Wickwire died June 23, 2008, at the Cancer Treatment Center of America, Zion, IL.
    Jeannette was the wife of Jim Wickwire, and joined him in his business, the Quad City Blind Factory Group, Davenport, IA. Together they built the business to include seven stores throughout the Midwest. Their success was the subject of the May 2008 D&WC cover story.
    Jeannette was an accomplished seamstress, and she enjoyed golfing and was an active member of the Mother’s of Twins Club, Moline and Gilda’s Club, Davenport.
